Five forces. One suit.
Most people are optimizing the wrong things.
Strong in the gym but anxious everywhere else. Successful at work but empty at home. Disciplined in one domain, fractured in the rest. The self-improvement world keeps handing you tools for one force at a time, and wondering why you still feel incomplete.
We built Quint Major around a different idea.
Where the name comes from
The name comes from piquet, a 16th-century French card game. In piquet, a quint major is the highest possible five-card sequence: Ten, Jack, Queen, King and Ace, all in a single suit. Five forces, perfectly aligned. It’s not just a name. It’s a doctrine.
The Royal Flush of Five Forces
- Ten, Body. The foundation. How you move, recover and show up physically.
- Jack, Mind. How you think, process and decide under pressure.
- Queen, Spirit. What you believe, what grounds you, what you return to.
- King, Mission. The work. What you are building, and why.
- Ace, Destiny. The long game. The person you are becoming across years, not weeks.
The five forces don’t add, they multiply. Neglect one and the others can’t reach their ceiling. Optimization in isolation is just a more efficient way to stay broken.
Integration is the unlock.
Quint Major is performance apparel built for people who understand this. Every piece carries the doctrine. Wear the run.
